Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology sales, with proven experience in management and leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop effective marketing strategies, foster relationships with clients, and enhance our market presence through innovative business development initiatives.

Duties

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets while fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the industry.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to senior management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitor activities, and technological advancements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles.
  • Strong management skills with a track record of leading successful sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development strategies and account management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to meeting client needs.
