Job Title: Course Sales Executive Hybrid

Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Wed Mandap's Certified Event Partner training courses.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and online leads to convert into enrollments.
  • Counsel prospective students about the course benefits, career growth, and opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with students and provide guidance throughout the enrollment process.
  • Work with the marketing team to generate leads and implement sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–4 years in sales, preferably in EdTech, training, or service sales.
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for career growth.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
