Role Description

This is a
full-time on-site position
for a
Sales Executive
, based in
Nashik
. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, scheduling and conducting client meetings, and assisting with administrative responsibilities. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving student enrolments and maintaining smooth communication between students, parents, and the institute.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential students and parents.
  • Understand student aspirations and clearly communicate the benefits of pursuing the
    US CMA course
    .
  • Provide professional counselling to help students make informed career decisions.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, manage follow-ups, and achieve enrolment targets.
  • Create a positive, enthusiastic, and motivating environment for prospective students.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and academic teams to implement effective enrolment strategies.
  • Assist in basic administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in
    sales or counselling
    roles.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
  • Prior experience in the
    education or coaching industry
    is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or a related field
    .
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
