The
Delivery Manager (VLSI)
will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of semiconductor design programs across various functional domains including RTL design, verification, DFT, physical design, analog/mixed-signal, and post-silicon validation.

This role demands strong leadership, technical understanding, and client management expertise to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Delivery Management

  • Oversee the successful execution of multiple semiconductor design and development projects from initiation to closure.
  • Ensure projects meet technical quality, delivery timelines, and budgetary expectations.
  • Define delivery frameworks, processes, and metrics aligned with customer and business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client engagement and delivery communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global semiconductor clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic project reviews and ensure transparent reporting on project health, milestones, and escalations.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring proactive delivery governance and issue resolution.

Operational Excellence

  • Standardize delivery processes, templates, and best practices for consistent execution quality.
  • Optimize resource utilization across projects and ensure workload balancing.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and HR for ramp-up planning and competency mapping.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project and delivery functions.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor project managers, technical leads, and engineering teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture focused on accountability and innovation.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide coaching and feedback.

Business Support

  • Partner with business development teams to support new client onboarding and pre-sales activities.
  • Contribute to proposal preparation, resource estimation, and delivery feasibility assessment.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through enhanced service offerings and value delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
