We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations at our construction sites and head office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally (latest version), knowledge of construction/real estate accounting practices, and proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and English communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounts of construction sites, including purchase and payment entries.
  • Handle bank reconciliation, cheque issues, and record keeping.
  • Prepare and file TDS returns, GST returns, and other statutory filings.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Assist in financial reporting, MIS, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, site teams, and management for payment processing.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in accounting (Real Estate / Construction industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP (latest version), MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliances.
  • Good command over English (written & verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and record-keeping skills.
