Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive who has strong knowledge of Tally Prime and GST. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, GST filing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Job Title:
Accounts Executive.

Employment Type:
Full-time.

Experience:
6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Tally Prime
  • Good understanding of GST rules and invoicing.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting entries and maintain all records in Tally Prime.
  • Prepare and manage sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries.
  • Maintain invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and all financial documents.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide required accounting data.
  • Support management in generating financial reports when needed.
  • Should maintain and file all accounting documents.
  • Responsible for handling accounts receivable and payable, along with taking regular follow-up calls with clients regarding payments.
