About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and assist in accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting transactions including journal entries, invoicing, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts.
  • Support statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other regulatory filings.
  • Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and other financial reports as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial records.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Masters'/ Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
  • 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Good knowledge of Tally / ERP / QuickBooks / Zoho or other accounting software.
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
  • Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
