Position overview:

The Campaign and Execution Specialist will play a key role in planning, executing and analyzing marketing campaigns aimed at driving growth in the broking business. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, effective resource utilization, and maximum impact. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Axis Securities by leveraging creativity and data-driven insights.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, sales, and IT teams, for campaign with business objectives
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through different types of testing, segmentation, and performance monitoring
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive strategies, and emerging digital marketing tools
  • Prepare detailed campaign reports and etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Analytics, or Project Management will be an added advantage
