Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch including infrastructure, staff, logistics, and

administration.

  • Ensure smooth delivery of academic programs and adherence to SOPs.
  • Monitor center hygiene, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Academic & Student Management

  • Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to ensure timely class delivery and student

satisfaction.

  • Address student/parent concerns, feedback, and grievances professionally.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of academic performance and suggest improvements.

Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve branch targets related to admissions, revenue, and student retention.

  • Conduct local marketing, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional activities.

  • Convert leads to enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.

Team Leadership

  • Hire, train, and supervise staff including counselors, admin staff, and faculty (if required).
  • Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain and analyze branch performance data admissions, revenue, student

feedback, etc.

  • Send regular reports to the regional or central office.
  • Take corrective actions based on business performance metrics.
