Job Description Description The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated region by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and leading the sales team. Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area. - Manage relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales growth. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess competition. - Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to maximize their performance. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. - Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 5-10 years of experience in sales management or a similar role. - Must be from Building Material Industry such as Steel, Cement & Paint - Candidate must have sales experience in Telangana/A.P - Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
