Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 5-10 years of experience in sales management or a similar role. - Must be from Building Material Industry such as Steel, Cement & Paint - Candidate must have sales experience in Telangana/A.P - Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
