Job Title: Project Evaluation Specialist – Real Estate (DCPR 2034)

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Project Evaluation Specialist with expertise in DCPR 2034 to support our real estate development initiatives. The candidate will evaluate financial feasibility, project risks, regulatory compliance, and market potential for upcoming developments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct project feasibility studies including financial modeling, site assessments, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Review budgets, cash flow projections, financing options, and investment returns (IRR, NPV, ROI, DCF).
  • Track real estate market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with DCPR 2034, zoning laws, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, legal teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Conduct post-implementation project evaluations and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate project evaluation or financial analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Sound understanding of DCPR 2034 and Mumbai development regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work across multiple projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
