Job Title: Marketing – Real Estate Experience Mandatory

Location: Andheri East

Reports To: CMO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Marketing Executive to support the marketing functions of our real estate mandate firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies for exclusively mandated real estate projects, internal sales teams to maximize visibility, lead generation, and project absorption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing marketing strategies for real estate projects under exclusive mandates.
  • Coordinate with developers to understand project USPs, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
  • Support the design and distribution of marketing collaterals such as brochures, hoardings, flyers, and banners.
  • Organize and promote property events, site launches, channel partner meets, and project presentations.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns; suggest improvements to drive better ROI.
  • Generate and manage leads from various marketing channels, ensuring proper tracking and handover to sales.
  • Work closely with external vendors, digital agencies, and creative teams to execute campaigns.
  • Maintain a content calendar for social media and email marketing.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts comply with project RERA guidelines and brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing, preferably in a mandate or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, real estate portals, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva/Photoshop, and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Fluency in English and [Insert Local Language].

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with real estate developers or marketing mandate firms.
  • Knowledge of RERA-compliant advertising and documentation.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and developer ecosystem.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with frequent site visits and field marketing activities.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during project launches or campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹130,000.00 per month
