Marketing Manager – Real Estate | Key Result Areas (KRA) 

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

1. Campaign Strategy & Brand Communication

  • Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for project and corporate communication.
  • Develop and implement brand strategies for each project launch.
  • Ensure all marketing collaterals (brochures, hoardings, AVs, videos, etc.) align with brand guidelines.
  • Manage PR and media relations to ensure regular coverage in relevant publications.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints — corporate and project level.

2. Project Launch Planning & Execution

  • Design and execute 360° project launch campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, PR).
  • Plan the complete launch trajectory and ensure all marketing tools and assets are ready.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies for campaign ideation, content, and production.
  • Manage launch events, channel partner activations, and on-ground engagement activities.
  • Achieve launch-phase lead generation and conversion targets within approved budgets.

3. Media Planning & Budget Management

  • Develop integrated media plans covering print, outdoor, digital, and social channels.
  • Identify, evaluate, and present media inventories for approval.
  • Prepare and monitor annual and quarterly marketing budgets.
  • Track and report campaign performance (CPL, CPA, ROI) and optimize spend efficiency.
  • Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and work order approvals through the IN4 billing system.

4. Digital Marketing & Performance Monitoring

  • Oversee digital campaigns (Google, Meta, portals) and website performance.
  • Evaluate key metrics — website traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
  • Identify latest marketing technologies and trends to enhance performance.
  • Manage online listings and ensure optimal visibility on real estate portals.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to the Marketing Head.

5. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct periodic market studies to track competitor activities, pricing, and new launches.
  • Identify emerging micro-markets and audience segments for targeting.
  • Maintain competition trackers and share actionable insights.
  • Conduct customer feedback, referral, and satisfaction programs to improve NPS.

6. Cross-functional & Agency Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, operations) to align marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and PR agencies for timely execution and reporting.
  • Hold monthly agency review meetings to plan and assess campaign performance.
  • Visit project sites and sales offices to assess marketing needs and implement plans.

7. Marketing Operations & Compliance

  • Manage all marketing assets and content — websites, brochures, presentations, coffee table books, trackers, etc.
  • Oversee contests, giveaways, and promotional projects.
  • Ensure all marketing communications are RERA-compliant.
  • Maintain complete documentation of creatives, approvals, and disclaimers.
  • Submit weekly reports on marketing activities, spend, and outcomes.
