Commercial Leasing

Key Responsibilities:
Source and secure new tenants for commercial properties.
Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and closures with prospective and existing clients. Conduct property tours and presentations for potential lessees.
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and rental values. Prepare leasing documents including Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, and amendments.
Coordinate with legal and property management teams for smooth onboarding of tenants. Track and report leasing metrics (occupancy, leads, closures, etc.).
Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. Build strong broker relationships and manage broker networks.
Participate in real estate exhibitions, roadshows, and client meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing (retail, office, or mixed-use). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of real estate market trends and leasing practices.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with developers, IPCs (International Property Consultants), or real estate brokerages.
Network with local brokers and corporates. Understanding of local regulatory and legal frameworks related to leasing.
