Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior valuers in conducting physical site inspections and detailed assessments of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Support the valuation of plant, machinery, vehicles, and other tangible assets by collecting technical data and documenting conditions.
  • Conduct market research to gather data on comparable property sales, lease rates, and prevailing market trends.
  • Assist in the preparation and drafting of comprehensive valuation reports, Chartered Engineer (C.E.) Certificates, and other technical documents.
  • Perform accurate area calculations and manage data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Maintain meticulous and organized documentation for all valuation assignments.
  • Provide analytical and technical support for specialized services, including structural and factory audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 0-1 0 years of professional experience. Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong foundational knowledge of building materials and construction processes.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD for interpreting technical drawings is desirable.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
