We are currently hiring a Construction Engineer / Project Engineer to lead and manage our residential projects in Mumbai, ensuring high-quality execution, resource efficiency, and adherence to timelines.

Role Overview

As a Construction Engineer / Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site construction activities. You'll ensure that every stage of the project meets the company's quality, cost, and safety standards while maintaining effective coordination between teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute residential construction projects from start to finish.
  • Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Oversee material procurement, vendor negotiations, and inventory management.
  • Identify on-site challenges and implement timely solutions.
  • Maintain strict quality control and safety practices.
  • Lead and guide site supervisors and engineering staff to achieve project milestones.
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience as a Construction Engineer / Project Engineer in residential construction.
  • Strong technical and managerial expertise in construction processes and materials.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple residential projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (Master's preferred).
