Key Responsibilities

Product & Technology Development

  • Design and develop construction systems, building components, and innovative materials to

improve project efficiency and durability.

  • Explore new methods for modular construction, pre-cast systems, and sustainable building

solutions.

Engineering & Drafting

  • Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and 2D/3D models using CAD software (AutoCAD,

Revit, SolidWorks, etc.).

  • Ensure designs meet structural integrity, safety codes, and regulatory requirements.

Research, Testing & Vendor Development

  • Conduct R&D on new materials (e.g., high-performance concrete, composites, recycled

materials).

  • Oversee prototyping, product testing, and validation to ensure reliability and performance.

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors and suppliers to support innovation and quality

standards.

  • Work on product cost analysis and cost-minimization strategies in collaboration with

procurement and finance teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with project, production, and quality teams to implement new technologies and

processes.

  • Support on-site teams during pilot projects or trials.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to reduce cost, shorten construction timelines, and enhance

sustainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹33, ₹55,000.00 per month
