Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Management Graduate to join our

organization. This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates eager to launch their

careers in real estate development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Property Management Support:

* Assist property managers with day-to-day operations, including tenant correspondence

and maintenance coordination.

* Participate in property inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and

regulatory compliance.

  1. Market Research:

* Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify current trends, property valuations, and

competitor activity.

* Prepare detailed market reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management.

  1. Financial Analysis:

* Contribute to the preparation of budgets and financial plans for property portfolios.

* Monitor expenses and revenues through the use of accounting and management

software.

  1. Project Support:

* Assist in the planning and execution of property renovation and development projects.

* Liaise with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones and

timelines are achieved.

  1. Administrative Duties:

* Maintain accurate and organized documentation of properties, leases, and related

transactions.

* Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and other contractual documentation.

  1. Networking and Professional Development:

* Represent the organization at industry events, networking sessions, and professional

seminars.

* Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to strengthen knowledge of

real estate operations and management practices.

Qualifications/Skill Requirements:

* Masters degree in Real Estate / Business Administration in Finance (B. Tech graduate

with a Masters Degree are also preferred)

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* Should have strong communication skills

* Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team

environment.

* Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
