Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include handling client inquiries, managing feedback, overseeing event coordination in collaboration with the event team, and providing exceptional support to ensure successful event execution. The role requires timely communication and a professional approach to maintain and enhance client trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in client handling, customer service, and problem-solving
  • Experience in event coordination, planning, and overseeing logistical details
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt to diverse client needs
  • Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in customer relations or event management is an advantage
