Job description:

Rain Cements, a thirty-Nine-year-old company headquartered in Hyderabad and known for manufacturing and marketing Priya Cement, is seeking for an experienced Sales Force Customer Relation Manager - Sales & Marketing in Rain Cements Ltd, Plot No. 34, Rain Center, Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

  • User and data management:

  • Manage user accounts, including creation, deactivation, and password resets.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular cleaning, validation rules, and deduplication.
  • Import, export, and manage data within the system.

  • Support and training:

  • Provide daily support to users and troubleshoot issues.

  • Train new and existing users to ensure proper platform adoption and proficiency.
  • Create user-friendly reports and dashboards to visualize data.

  • Maintenance and improvement:

  • Monitor system performance and implement updates and new features from Salesforce releases.

  • Ensure the platform is functional, reliable, and scalable.
  • Support integrations with other business applications and third-party tools.

  • Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • System configuration and customization:

  • Create custom objects, fields, workflows, and process automation using tools like Flow.

  • Set up security settings, profiles, roles, and permissions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA/PGDM from a reputed, accredited university
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales force Customer Relation Manager in cement marketing sector.
  • Proven customer-facing experience in the B2C sector
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and sales best practices
  • Strong sales and customer service skills with a knack for negotiations
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills for maximizing employee and team performance
  • Listening skills with a personable and approachable demeanor.
  • Superb verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
