Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for expanding our business by generating new leads and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that target new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion.
* Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our financial products (e.g., loans, credit solutions, etc.) and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
* Market Research: Analyze the market to identify new opportunities for business growth and keep track of competitors' offerings.
* Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular reports on lead generation efforts, sales activities, and market trends. Offer feedback to improve business development processes.
* Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and gain new leads.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in the financial services industry. If you are a fresher but you have the talent, you are welcome too.
* Knowledge of Financial Products: Familiarity with financial products such as loans, credit services, and financial planning solutions is a plus.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage potential clients and stakeholders effectively.
* Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
* Self-Starter: Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently to achieve business development goals.
