Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef de Partie at our Bengaluru location. The Chef de Partie will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in line with the company's high standards. Responsibilities include supervising junior kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, and maintaining consistency across menu items. The role also involves contributing to recipe development, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality dishes to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Culinary Arts. Baking experience is helpful.
  • Strong skills in hands-on food preparation, plating, and cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation practices, and relevant food safety regulations
  • Teamwork and supervisory skills, along with the ability to train and mentor junior chefs
  • Time management skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Attention to detail and creativity for innovative recipe and menu development
  • Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with vegan and vegetarian cuisines is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in managing inventory, kitchen equipment, and waste reduction is crucial.

  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing needs and being a team contributor is important.
