This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to expand our presence in multiple cities across the country, together unlocking 15-minute rapid charging thru our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station).

Are you someone who secretly aspires to be a real-estate mogul? Are you someone who keeps a tab on past, present, and future trends in the rental market?

We are looking for sales executives who are driven by absolute conversion. People who thrive when sales targets are consistently met.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Set up a pipeline for local sales
  2. Find local business partners as per the approved models
  3. Find commercial real estate all across the city and then all across the country to set up our charging stations.
  4. Find out leads who are interested in hosting charging stations or even buying stations
  5. Negotiate with the landlords on monthly rentals, security deposits, and annual increments.
  6. Work closely with the city operations team to collect documents to apply for a power connection.
  7. Discuss & engage with the city operations team, and technical teams to ensure that the location is feasible. Also only engage with property owners as per the SOPs & guidelines established by the central team.
  8. Execute rental agreements & service agreements with the landlord.
  9. Maintain all records & documents including registration requirements etc.
  10. Maintain relationships with existing landlords/e^pump partners, so that random downtime is not generated
  11. Find brokers who can assist in the city & other towns

About the candidate:

  1. This role demands frequent travel across diverse cities in India.
  2. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in sales.
  3. We're seeking someone who is spatially aware, adept with geographies, natural with people, and an exceptional communicator.
  4. Passion for the EV and energy sector is a must.
  5. A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience is required.
  6. Previous experience in the EV industry, real estate, franchise scouting, or expansion roles is highly valued.
  7. We're looking for individuals who excel in closing deals, driven by ambition to grow and scale.
