
GM - Channel Development Executive

The primary goal of this position is to develop and execute a distribution strategy that maximizes reach and geographical footprint. Collaboration with the Sales Director will be crucial in achieving this objective.
Key performance indicators include attainment of gross and net acquisition targets for the designated area through the distribution channel.
Maintaining market leadership is essential, achieved by growing revenues and market share while adhering to agreed quality standards and corporate policies.
Developing a robust distribution channel strategy will facilitate trade advocacy (TSAT) and retailer satisfaction, resulting in sustainable growth and increased subscriber base.
Implementing mechanisms for gathering competitive intelligence will enable informed decision-making to protect existing subscribers and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive distribution strategy.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
