Inside Sales Executive – Full-Time at RemitCircle
As an Inside Sales Executive at RemitCircle, you'll be driving growth by engaging directly with senior business leaders — including C-suite executives and founders — who have businesses in India or manage offshore back-office operations here. You'll take ownership of identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and converting them into long-term partnerships, while
positioning RemitCircle as a trusted partner for cross-border payments and invoicing.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and reach out to businesses through calls, emails, and virtual demos.
Lead Nurturing
: Engage with existing leads in our pipeline, strengthening relationships and moving them toward conversion.
Pipeline Management:
Take ownership of your sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and strong conversion ratios.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with stakeholders, marketing and account management team to ensure leads are nurtured and onboarded successfully.
Executive Conversations:
Connect directly with C-suite executives and founders to build credibility and trust.
Target Achievement:
Consistently exceed sales targets while contributing to RemitCircle's growth story.
What We're Looking For
Proven Experience
: Proven Experience: 2–4+ years in B2B account management, client success, or related client-facing roles.
Communication Skills
: Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and manage relationships at multiple levels.
Problem-Solver
: A problem-solver with a customer-first approach and attention to detail.

: Organized and able to manage multiple accounts without losing focus.
