Profile : Cutomer Service Executive

Experience : 1 year of Customer Service experience (voice process preferred)

Location: Marwah Centre, Andheri East, Mumbai

Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)

Joining Bonus: ₹5,000

Night Shift Allowance: ₹100 per day

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience (voice process preferred)
  • Recent night shift experience is mandatory
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
  • Good understanding of call handling etiquettes

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer care calls
  • Resolve queries related to profiles, memberships, payments, and account issues
  • Provide clear, accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain call quality, documentation, and follow-up procedures
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or technical support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
