Job Title: Account Manager – Daily Accounting (US Accounting)

Location: Remote (India)

Shift: US hours – 8:00 PM IST to 5:00 AM IST

About Us

We are a US-based healthcare organization delivering integrated medical services. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to handle daily accounting, ensure accurate financial records, and support US tax compliance.

Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with US accounting principles, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong knowledge of US taxation are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping: accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and tax regulations.
  • Assist in US tax preparation and coordinate with tax advisors.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasting.
  • Identify process improvements for accounting efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant accounting experience (US accounting preferred).
  • Strong expertise in QuickBooks and US tax compliance.
  • Sound knowledge of US GAAP and accounting best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
