The ideal Account Manager at The Intelligent Marketers is responsible for building lasting client relationships, delivering outstanding marketing campaign results, and ensuring seamless execution of customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, deeply understanding their goals and marketing needs.
- Coordinate internal teams (creative, strategy, performance) for the successful planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
- Manage customer acquisition funnels, tracking lead progress and optimizing conversion rates using modern marketing platforms and automation.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, generate client reports, and proactively suggest optimizations for better performance.
- Own client communications, set expectations, and resolve issues swiftly to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Conduct regular meetings, review progress, and present campaign strategies to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and present new solutions to help clients scale.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster client trust and satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor metrics, derive insights, and drive campaign optimizations.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams for project execution and client success.
- Organizational ability to handle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and customer acquisition strategies, as well as CRM and marketing automation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in account management, customer acquisition, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Demonstrated success in managing client campaigns and achieving measurable results.
