Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial record-keeping, and reporting. The role involves managing ledgers, tracking payments, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring timely documentation of all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to accounting-related emails.
  • Maintain and update accounting sheets, ledgers, and financial records.
  • Track payments received, follow up on outstanding amounts, and reconcile monthly statements.
  • Handle bills, cheques, invoices, and contracts (printing, scanning, filing).
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and external accounting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial data and insights.
  • Support audits, tax filings, and financial reporting as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts management or bookkeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, accounting software, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
