The Account Manager will manage the onboarding of new MSO (Management Services Organization) clients for Pure Medical Group in the US. This role oversees operational setup, credentialing, hiring, and administrative processes to bring medical practices to full operational readiness. The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between US Executive Management, clients, and internal teams, while also supporting new state market expansions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for new US-based MSO clients during onboarding.
  • Manage agreements, credentialing, licensing, hiring, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for staffing needs and track onboarding progress.
  • Ensure provider and facility credentialing processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Oversee operational readiness for practice go-live (staffing, systems, vendor setups).
  • Maintain regular client communication via email, calls, and meetings.
  • Handle ongoing account management, including invoicing and operational issues.
  • Support state-specific expansion requirements in coordination with the Outreach team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or healthcare operations (US healthcare preferred).
  • Knowledge of US medical credentialing is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Willingness to work US business hours (evening/night shift in India).
