
Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our sales operations across the [Insert Region] region. The RSM will be responsible for managing a team of sales officers/area sales managers, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring consistent achievement of regional sales targets. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Officers / Area Sales Managers.
- Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments within the region.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, gather market intelligence, and support the sales team.
- Analyze regional sales performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and support large account management.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management within the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹80, ₹120,000.00 per month
