Growbiz Solutions is a Canada-based Salesforce and AI consulting company with a delivery team in India. We help small and mid-sized businesses in the USA and Canada grow faster using CRM, automation, and AI-driven insights.
We are hiring a BDE to lead our international sales expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for North American markets (USA & Canada).
- Identify and close new business opportunities for Salesforce consulting and AI solutions.
- Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and business platforms (Upwork, etc.).
- Run discovery calls, present proposals, and close high-ticket consulting deals.
- Collaborate with the tech team to tailor offerings and solutions.
- Build and manage a junior SDR team in the next phase.
- Report KPIs, pipeline status, and sales insights to leadership.
- Has Experience in Cold Calling.
Key Outcomes (First 90 Days):
- Book 68 qualified meetings per month.
- Close 12 paying clients within the first 3 months.
- Establish a repeatable sales process.
- Create templates, ICPs, and playbooks for future SDR hires.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 25 years of international B2B sales experience (IT services, Salesforce, SaaS).
- Proven track record in closing deals with US/Canadian clients.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem or AI/automation services is a big plus.
- Comfortable working overlapping US time zones.
