Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager who has prior experience specifically in the e-commerce marketplace domain (e.g., Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance, tailored to the fast-paced needs of an e-commerce setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for various roles in the e-commerce team
  • Ensure onboarding and induction processes are smooth and timely
  • Develop HR strategies aligned with the e-commerce business goals
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
  • Monitor and implement performance management systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Coordinate with different departments to understand manpower needs
  • Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management tools
  • Foster a healthy and productive work culture

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the e-commerce marketplace domain is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools
