Job Description for HR Manager:
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments, including Design, Project, Procurement, Sales, and Factory.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and consultants.
- Performance Management:
- Drive the annual appraisal process and implement KPI-based performance evaluation systems.
- Work with department heads to set clear goals and review mechanisms.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records, payroll coordination (using tools like Keka, GreytHR, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies including ESIC, PF, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishment.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and address grievances.
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and ethical work environment.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and support development initiatives for various departments.
- Policy Formulation & Implementation.
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Key Skills Required

Employee Engagement
- HRMS Tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho People, etc.)

Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
4 to 8 years of HR experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, or construction sectors.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
