Job Description for HR Manager:

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments, including Design, Project, Procurement, Sales, and Factory.
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and consultants.
  • Performance Management:
  • Drive the annual appraisal process and implement KPI-based performance evaluation systems.
  • Work with department heads to set clear goals and review mechanisms.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, payroll coordination (using tools like Keka, GreytHR, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies including ESIC, PF, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishment.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and address grievances.
  • Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and ethical work environment.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and support development initiatives for various departments.
  • Policy Formulation & Implementation.
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.

Employee Engagement

  • HRMS Tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho People, etc.)

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

4 to 8 years of HR experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, or construction sectors.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
