Job Title: Assistant HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, driven, and experienced HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager to oversee and execute core HR functions for a growing organization in the Renewable Energy (Wind/Solar) sector. This is opportunity for now, ideal for a highly professional and presentable female candidate with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
  • Support and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
  • Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams for timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage HRIS and ensure accurate employee data management and reporting.
  • Support internal communication and foster a positive remote work culture.
  • Assist in talent retention and organizational development strategies.

Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years in HR roles, preferably in the Renewable Energy (Wind/Solar) industry.
  • Gender: Female candidates only (as per current role requirement).
  • Work Setup: Comfortable working remotely with availability during standard business hours.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation: Professional and well-presented; able to represent the HR function in virtual meetings with leadership and teams.

Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with HRMS platforms, MS Office, and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
