Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary AVP – Creative Marketing Lead to spearhead Lenskart's creative marketing function. This leader will be responsible for driving impactful creative campaigns, shaping the brand narrative, and scaling Lenskart's presence across markets through world-class creative, social, and content strategies. The role calls for a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong execution capabilities to deliver bold, clutter-breaking campaigns that connect with customers globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative marketing strategy across social media, global content, and brand storytelling to drive engagement and business impact.

  • Develop and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, offline, and experiential platforms with a strong focus on innovation and consistency.

  • Oversee the creation of compelling visual and narrative content – from brand films and digital assets to product launches and social-first formats.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (brand, growth, product, retail) and external agencies to ensure creative excellence and alignment with business objectives.

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing creative and content team to push boundaries of design and storytelling.

  • Strengthen Lenskart's global creative identity, tailoring campaigns to resonate across diverse cultural and market contexts.

  • Leverage data, insights, and trends to craft consumer-first narratives and ensure measurable ROI on creative investments.

  • Contribute to the larger brand strategy by collaborating on positioning, messaging, and identity evolution.

What We're Looking For

  • 10–15 years of experience in creative marketing, content, and brand storytelling, preferably with consumer, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

  • Proven track record of leading integrated campaigns across social, digital, and traditional platforms with high creative impact.

  • Strong understanding of global consumer trends, cultural nuances, and social media platforms.

  • Ability to balance creative vision with business goals, with a data-driven mindset.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing creative and cross-functional teams.

  • Bold thinker with a keen eye for design, storytelling, and cultural relevance.
