Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for the position of Creative Lead (VP). The Creative Lead will oversee the development and execution of innovative ad & content campaigns. Responsibilities include leading direction, art direction, shaping brand identity, and driving creative concepts that are memorable and 'wow'. They will also lead our video and graphic design teams.

We're looking for someone with past experience as a creative director and videographer/ editor in a good creative/ ad agency (for example, Ogilvy, Dentsu, McCann, Leo Burnett, DDB Mudra, MulleLowe, FCK Ulka), or on sets of good TV shows/ films.

Someone with hands on experience, an eye for details, and vision to execute iconic creatives as well as ability to lead a team of creative people to give good output

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to guide and elevate the brand's creative vision.
  • Strong experience in Branding and building cohesive brand identities.
  • Skills in Art Direction and Concept Development to create visually compelling campaigns.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Experience in the food and beverage or FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
