About the RoleWe're looking for a dynamic Head of Creative to define and drive the brand's creative vision across every touchpoint. You'll shape the brand's voice, visual identity, and storytelling — building culture-forward ideas that connect deeply with the audience.
This is a hands-on creative leadership role at the intersection of brand strategy, storytelling, and design craft. You'll collaborate closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns, compelling content, and a consistent brand experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Strategy
Define and uphold the brand's creative vision across copy, design, and content.
Translate marketing and business objectives into cohesive creative concepts and campaigns.
Bridge brand strategy with execution, ensuring all creative output aligns with brand identity and purpose.
Campaign & Asset Leadership
Oversee 360° creative development — digital campaigns, social media, packaging, merchandise, and collaterals.
Drive quality and consistency across all brand assets to ensure premium and distinctive output.
Lead creative processes for both performance-driven assets and medium-production brand films.
Hands-on Creative Oversight
Get into the details — from tone of copy and edit flow to final design refinements.
Manage an in-house creative team that functions like a digital agency producing diverse content formats.
Build creative processes and review structures that enable agility and efficiency.
Partner with Brand, Product, Growth, and Retail teams to ensure creative consistency across touchpoints.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead and mentor a young, fast-paced team of writers, designers, and creators.
Foster a creative culture that values experimentation, ownership, and craft.
Provide clarity and structure, bridging the gap between strategy and execution.
9–12 years of experience in creative leadership — ideally from a digital-first agency or consumer brand.
Strong portfolio across design, copy, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Deep understanding of how creativity drives performance and brand equity.
Balance creative instinct with business thinking — analytical, aesthetic, and agile in equal measure.
Prior experience in beauty, personal care, or lifestyle categories is a plus.
Comfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams and setting scalable creative processes.
Passionate about design, beauty, and culture, with an eye for trends and details.
