Position: Creative Director – Art

We're on the lookout for a seasoned
Creative Director – Art
with a
solid foundation in mainline advertising
to lead and inspire our creative team. This is a
hands-on leadership role
, perfect for someone who combines a strategic mindset with a deep artistic vision. With
15+ years of experience working directly with clients
, you will be expected to shape and execute high-impact creative campaigns that work seamlessly across both
digital and offline
platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead 360° creative campaigns
    : From ideation to execution, develop powerful visual narratives for both digital (social, web, app) and traditional (print, outdoor, packaging, events) media.
  • Work closely with client briefs
    : Analyze, interpret, and transform client requirements into actionable creative strategies.
  • Develop impactful strategy decks
    : Design and present comprehensive, visually engaging presentations that align with brand goals and campaign objectives.
  • Art direction and design excellence
    : Drive the creation of brand identities, photography, packaging, and other key design assets, ensuring aesthetic consistency and quality.
  • Team leadership
    : Mentor and guide a team of designers and visual artists, providing feedback, assigning tasks, and ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate across functions
    : Work hand-in-hand with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams to deliver cohesive, insight-driven campaigns.
  • Adaptability and speed
    : Navigate tight timelines without compromising on creativity or quality.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 15+ years of experience
    in mainline advertising agencies, working directly with diverse, high-profile clients.
  • Strong
    art background
    with proven expertise in visual storytelling, campaign design, and brand development.
  • A rich
    portfolio
    showcasing a range of 360° campaigns, identity systems, packaging, and other brand assets.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    ,
    Figma
    , and related platforms.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a knack for creating and delivering compelling creative strategy decks.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Degree in
    Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising
    , or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professional excellence.
