We are looking for a skilled Associate Creative Director, Copy with 6-12 years of experience to join our team at Syneos Health in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop innovative and effective copywriting strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content across various platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform creative decisions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of copywriters to ensure high-quality output.
  • Create and present pitches to clients and stakeholders on new campaign concepts.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure seamless integration of copy and visuals.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in copywriting and creative direction, preferably in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of brand development and marketing principles.
  • Experience working with international clients and agencies.
