Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Lead - Prod with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English speaking skills and domain expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site during day shifts. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative process from concept to completion ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Oversee the development of creative content that aligns with the companys brand and marketing strategies.
  • Provide innovative solutions to creative challenges leveraging your expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication of ideas.
  • Develop and present creative concepts to stakeholders articulating the vision and strategy behind each project.
  • Ensure all creative materials are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into creative projects.
  • Utilize strong English speaking skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail ensuring all creative outputs are polished and professional.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members helping them grow and improve their skills.
  • Contribute to the companys overall success by delivering impactful creative solutions that resonate with the target audience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong English speaking skills essential for effective communication and collaboration.

  • Exhibit domain expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech providing valuable insights and innovative solutions.
  • Possess a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique concepts.
  • Show proficiency in project management ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of creative materials.
  • Display excellent attention to detail ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
