Were hiring a AVP Sales to head a national vertical in advanced air management and environment control solutions - a business thats already performing well and ready to scale further.
Role Overview:
The position calls for a leader who can take full ownership of the verticals growth, profitability, and strategic direction.
This is a P&L-driven role, reporting directly to the top management, with responsibility for nationwide operations and a cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and profitability targets across regions
- Strengthen consultant, EPC, and institutional client relationships
- Oversee business planning, pricing, and cost optimization
- Lead regional sales and service teams, fostering accountability and performance
- Expand presence across new applications and market segments
- Ensure efficient operations, from enquiry to execution
Skills & Experience Required:
- 18-23 years of experience in HVAC, air systems, or building environment technologies
- Proven record of P&L ownership and business scaling
- Strong understanding of project-based and consultant-driven sales
- Commercially sound with hands-on leadership and team-building capability
- Strategic thinker with operational rigor and strong client relationship skills
