We are looking for Finance Controller at the level of Sr GM or AVP to head 4 plants for a reputed Auto parts Manufacturer based at Gurgaon.

Job Description Finance Controller (Sr. GM / AVP)

Location: Corporate Office Gurgoan

Reporting To: Group CFO

CTC : Max 75 lacs

Role Purpose

To support the Group CFO by leading financial planning, consolidation, governance, and performance monitoring across all four business verticals. Act as the finance business partner to vertical CEOs while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, compliance, and group profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Group Financial Planning & Consolidation

  • Consolidate budgets, forecasts, and MIS across all verticals for submission to Group CFO.

  • Prepare monthly performance dashboards, variance analysis, and actionable insights.

  • Support CFO in Board presentations, investor updates, and strategic reviews.

2. Business Partnering & Profitability

  • Work with CEOs of 4 different Business Units to ensure financial discipline.

  • Conduct product costing, capex ROI studies, and pricing support for each vertical.

  • Benchmark costs (RM, manpower, utilities) vs industry standards.

3. Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure zero non-compliance across taxation (GST, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing), Companies Act, PF/ESIC, FEMA.

  • Drive internal controls, SOPs, and audit readiness across businesses.

  • Liaise with statutory & internal auditors, ensure closure of all audit points.

4. Treasury & Working Capital

  • Work with CFO on cash flow forecasting and fund allocation across businesses.

  • Optimize working capital cycles (debtors, creditors, inventory).

  • Support CFO in bank negotiations, credit rating, and treasury cost optimization.

5. Leadership & Team Management

  • Mentor finance controllers/managers in each business vertical.

  • Build a common financial governance framework across group.

  • Act as second line of leadership to the Group CFO for all operational finance matters.

Qualifications & Experience

CA mandatory;.

Minimum 15-20years'
