Mugafi is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who runs campaigns and builds engines that scale creators' dreams. 

What You'll Own (and Rock):

  • Lead all paid digital marketing channels: Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and beyond

  • Design and execute full-funnel performance campaigns (acquisition → retention)

  • Optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL—you know the drill

  • Deep dive into user behaviour and funnel data to drive insights

  • Own dashboards, A/B tests, budgets, and performance reporting

  • Collaborate with content, design, and product to craft irresistible campaigns

  • Launch and scale paid campaigns for new programs, creator tools, and initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–6 years of experience in performance/growth marketing

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and attribution tools (GA4, GTM, etc.)

- Strong analytical mindset—you live in spreadsheets and dashboards

  • Experience running D2C or creator/edtech campaigns is a 
    huge
