Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound calls/emails.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Pitch and present DBA's digital marketing and eCommerce solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Represent DBA at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings (if required).
- Stay updated with digital marketing, eCommerce, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (digital marketing or eCommerce industry preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication and passion for sales may also apply.
