Sales Hunter
based in India to drive new business growth.
Role Overview
The Sales Hunter will focus on identifying, engaging, and converting new clients across the US market. You'll collaborate with leadership, presales, and delivery teams to position ACL Digital's full suite of offerings and close impactful deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business opportunities in the US market.
- Build relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
- Drive lead generation through networking, outreach, and events.
- Deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage pipeline through CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Lead negotiations and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Key Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of B2B sales experience in IT Services, Product Engineering, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven success in winning new enterprise clients in the US market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of technology services and delivery models.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA preferred).

- Number of new client acquisitions.
- Revenue from new accounts.
