Job Description: Chief of Staff (Founder's Office – Entry Level)

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Type: Full-time (Trainee-to-Leadership Track)

Compensation: Based on market standards or better.

About the Role

We are hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder on driving vision, execution, and growth. This is an entry-level, trainee-track role designed for recent graduates with strong management and analytical skills who are eager to take ownership early in their careers.

The Chief of Staff will act as the Founder's right hand — setting up systems, creating smooth user journeys, managing key projects, and ensuring strategic priorities are executed with discipline.

Key Responsibilities:


• System Building: Design and implement processes, workflows, and dashboards for smooth operations.


• User Journey Mapping: Understand client and customer touchpoints, and create structured, seamless journeys.


• Project Management: Track deliverables, set timelines, and drive accountability across functions.


• Strategic Support: Assist in research, strategy development, and financial planning with the Founder.


• Cross-functional Execution: Work with teams across sales, operations, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment with company goals.


• Decision Support: Provide insights through data, research, and structured reports to help the Founder make key decisions.

What We're Looking For:


• Recent graduate (Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields preferred).


• Strong analytical and financial acumen (Excel/Google Sheets required, basic modeling a plus).


• Excellent organizational and project management skills.


• Clear, concise communication skills — both written and verbal.


• Ability to set up systems from scratch and bring structure to ambiguity.


• High ownership mindset, maturity, and ability to handle responsibility.


• Prior internships in startups, consulting, or project/finance roles will be an advantage.
