What job duties can I expect to perform as a Customer Support Representative?
  • Providing clear, concise, and thoughtful instructions
  • Answering customer questions and providing helpful solutions
  • Promoting products and services for our clients
  • Resolving customer complaints with fast, friendly, and courteous service
What requirements must I meet to join the team?

Educational Background: Graduate in Commerce

  • Work Experience: 1-4 years of experience in BPO with exposure to UK / US Banking / Financial Services
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Typing Proficiency: Average typing speed of at least 90 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
  • Domain Knowledge: Knowledge about Banking operations, Remittance / Payments and / or banking KYC
  • Customer Experience Focus: Skilled at handling customer inquiries, including managing difficult or irate customers to ensure a positive resolution.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; capable of using computer tools efficiently for professional tasks.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to respond promptly and accurately to customer needs across multiple channels (chat, call)
