Position Overview:

Immunosciences is seeking an experienced and dynamic
General Manager - Sales & Marketing
to lead and manage our sales, marketing, and customer care operations. This role will require a strategic and hands-on leader to drive growth across our portfolio of 25+ supplement products. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in building relationships with doctors, pharmacies, Hospitals, modern trade outlets & distributors as well as a proven track record in managing e-commerce platforms. This role will also involve overseeing the customer care function to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and end customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Management:

  2. Lead and manage sales operations for Immunosciences' supplement product range.

  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, Hospitals, pharmacies, modern trade channels, Distributors etc.
  5. Oversee distributor relationships and ensure timely delivery and stocking of products across different regions.
  6. Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and take corrective actions as needed.

  7. Marketing Leadership:

  8. Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales of supplement products.

  9. Lead digital and traditional marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  10. Work closely with the product development team to ensure the right positioning and packaging of products in the market.
  11. Manage advertising, promotions, and public relations to enhance product visibility.
  12. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies.

  13. E-Commerce Management:

  14. Oversee the e-commerce strategy and operations, ensuring smooth online product sales and growth across platforms.

  15. Collaborate with e-commerce platforms, manage the online sales pipeline, and ensure the digital storefront is optimized for customer conversion.
  16. Monitor e-commerce metrics, sales funnels, and digital performance to drive ROI.

  17. Customer Care Oversight:

  18. Lead the customer care function, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, support, and retention.

  19. Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  20. Implement processes for collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve products and services.
  21. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align customer care efforts with business goals.

  22. Team Leadership & Development:

  23. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team.

  24. Develop team members' skills, set clear objectives, and assess performance regularly.
  25. Foster a positive work culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and growth.

  26. Strategic Reporting & Analysis:

  27. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, marketing, and customer care functions.

  28. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  29. Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the supplements or healthcare industry.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of current health and wellness trends and the supplement industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and business partners.
