Role Overview

We are seeking a
General Manager – Marketing & Branding

to
lead the complete marketing and branding charter across India

. This role demands a seasoned professional who can craft and execute strategies that elevate UniLiv into a trusted national brand while driving direct business outcomes. The GM will report to the Founders and will be a key member of the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead all marketing and branding exercises
    end-to-end — strategy, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Design and implement
    integrated marketing strategies
    across digital, offline, PR, and experiential channels.
  • Define and protect the
    brand identity
    of UniLiv and its sub-brands (UniCafe, Huddle Stays, etc.), ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
  • Drive
    digital-first growth
    through SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content marketing.
  • Build
    community engagement programs, campus activations, and resident experience campaigns
    to strengthen brand connect.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and CX to ensure marketing directly supports
    occupancy, retention, and revenue growth
    .
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a
    national marketing team and agency ecosystem
    , ensuring measurable ROI and creative excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10–15 years of leadership experience
    in marketing & branding, preferably with high-growth consumer, hospitality, or real estate brands.
  • Proven ability to lead
    both brand-building and performance marketing
    .
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of
    translating marketing strategies into revenue impact
    .
  • Skilled at leading teams, managing agencies, and handling multi-city campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with strong execution discipline, thriving in
    fast-paced, high-growth environments
    .
